1. Close Client Collaboration: Established early alignment on guidelines through detailed reviews and discussions to minimize gray areas, prevent scope creep, and reduce the need for mid-project updates.
2. Training and Qualification process: Annotators, reviewers, and project managers completed structured training that included guideline quizzes and practice annotation sets. Ongoing Q&A sessions provided continuous clarification and support.
3. Source Data review: Conducted pre-production dataset screening to identify and remove low-quality or irrelevant videos, ensuring only suitable material was annotated.
4. Sanity Checks and Quality Metrics: Developed automated scripts to compare annotation and review outputs, tracking errors in real time. Annotators received quality metrics for each video, enabling immediate corrections and minimizing rework.

Results

DataForce exceeded client expectations by delivering consistent, high-quality annotations with a 100% acceptance rate and no rework or revisions required. Following the completion of the initial 127-video project, the client commissioned an additional 500 videos with expanded requirements.
