Measuring Audience Perception for Supermarket Campaigns

The Challenge

A major European supermarket chain launched two promotional video campaigns highlighting internationally inspired food products. Before expanding the campaigns, the company wanted to understand how consumers perceived the advertisements and whether the messaging effectively communicated authenticity and product appeal. The client needed structured consumer feedback to compare the two campaigns, identify which advertisement resonated more strongly with viewers, and understand how perceptions varied across demographic groups.

DataForce conducted a structured consumer perception survey to evaluate audience reactions to both advertisements. The project involved recruiting 500 respondents across four age groups to ensure balanced demographic representation. Participants viewed both promotional videos and provided feedback on their overall impressions, engagement, and perceived authenticity.

Quantitative ratings and qualitative feedback captured both measurable trends and viewer sentiment. The responses were organized and analyzed to compare advertisement performance and identify patterns across demographic groups.

Results

DataForce delivered a structured analysis comparing audience engagement, credibility, and overall viewer preference across the two advertisements. The findings also highlighted demographic trends in how different age groups responded to each campaign.
